• Environmental Responsibility Suppliers should actively minimize environmental impact through responsible sourcing, waste management, and energy use.

• Anti-Corruption & Fair Competition Bribery, kickbacks, and unethical business practices are not tolerated. Suppliers must conduct business transparently and competitively.

• Confidentiality & Data Protection Any proprietary or sensitive information shared must be protected and used only for its intended purpose.

Supply Chain Accountability

Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their subcontractors and affiliates also adhere to this Code. Hartley Salt reserves the right to audit, review, or terminate relationships where violations occur.
